Q: How long will it take to get my item?

A: Most items are delivered to our U.S. hub within 3-5 days and it takesd an additional 3-5 days thereafter to reach you. The transit time depends mostly on the seller. Reputed sites like Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Zappos.com, etc generally ship the items on the same day. Other sites atht are not as well-known may take a little longer. Ebay.com sells items from individual sellers, so transit times depend on when that seller shipps out the items.

Q: What courier do you use to ship my products?

A: Our international shipping between U.S. and India is handled by various couriers including ICC Worldwide/Bombay Courier, Blue Dart, FedEx and others. iccworld.com). Local shipping in India is handled by ICC through their network or Blue Dart couriers.

Q: For IShop International can I request purchase from ANY online site

A: Yes, you can, but be sure you are requesting an item from an authentic seller. IShop International may decline your request for purchase from any site that seems unreliable or suspicious. In case you do purchase from a fraudulent seller, it is a very lengthy process to get your money back, so it is always better to stick with sites that are reputable. If you are unsure, you can always do an online search of theseller's name to check their history. This is always a SAFE ONLINE SHOPPING PRACTICE :)!

Q: How can I know if website will charge me sales tax?

A: THis can be a bit tricky. Basically if the site is part of a department store chain like, macys.com, gap.com, forever21.com, etc. you can be sure you will be charged sales tax. Also if the seller is located in New Jersey they will charge sales tax. Most sites will mention their sales tax policy. Simply if the company charges sales tax in New Jersey, you will be charged U.S. local sales tax on your order.

Q: What will I pay, are there any hidden / extra costs?

A: You will pay the amount mentioned in your order quote. In case there was an error in the information you entered, we will review your quoteand send you an updated one before confirming you purchase. Once your purchase is confirmed, you will not have to pay anything else. The only exception may be in case where the calculated weight of the item is GROSSLY DIFFERENT from the actual weight of the item. In some localities you may need to pay OCTROI. OCTROI charges are not covered by us, you will have to pay the octroi at the time of delivery.

Q: What if the item is not what I wanted?

A:There are 2 secnarios
1) We purchased the wrong item for you - THis is our mistake, we will replace the item for the correct item for free, and may even throw in a little bonus for the inconvenience.

2) The seller ships the wrong item - we will help facilitate the return of the item.

Q: How to Redeem Reward Points.

A:Login and click on My Account.then you get an option of "My rewards points" There would be a link named "Transform my points into a voucher of Rs. " you can click on the same


You will get Voucher for eg FID2098 & you can use this voucher code while making the payment you can mention the code in "Apply Voucher" tab
You can redeem only 500 points at a time
